Please note that this is the first time that we have organised such an event. The format may be limited on this occasion and we will always look to improve the event for the future. The school grounds are not intended to be a dedicated campsite so some activities are restricted to minimise risk, integrate with our neighbours or to ensure the safeguarding of college students and staff.

Venue: College grounds
Cost: £10 per Adult – £7 per child
Format: Camping under canvas. We can only accommodate tests on site. No caravans or mobile homes.
Who can attend? This event is for girls from the Prep and their direct family members. Non-family members cannot be accommodated on this occasion.
Cooking: The PA will provide a free evening BBQ and breakfast buffet. A selection of hot food items will be provided to cater for all attendees. Please feel free to bring your own food to this event but we cannot allow cooking stoves or personal BBQs on this occasion. A hot water erm will be available to allow you to make hot drinks.
Alcohol: Please feel free to bring your own alcohol. Parents are reminded to control access to alcohol and only bring a moderate amount of alcohol to the site.
Toilets: Access will be provided to the toilets by the theatre only.
School building. No one will be permitted to enter the school buildings at any time during the event, except for the access to toilets by the theatre.

Private Art Gallery Viewing with Cheese and Wine. Limited Tickets!
The PA is hosting a Cheese and Art night on the 15th June 2018 from 6:30-9:00pm. All welcome!
This is a fabulous opportunity to sample some delicious national cheeses (courtesy of the Little Deli, Hitchin) whilst enjoying a private viewing at Arkley Fine Art Gallery in Hitchin. Wine/Prosecco/Soft Drinks also included for the fantastic price of £20 per person! Vegetarian cheese also available (please request at time of booking). Limited availability book now!
Places for the Autumn Term 2018 have now been filled. Please register your interest for notices about future courses. Places can be reserved for the course starting in January 2019 by booking with TypeRight. Please contact us for details.
The Parents’ Association will be supporting a new touch typing course starting from September 2018. The course will be booked through the College and run as an after-school club over 10 weeks. There will be one course each term with a maximum number of 18 spaces per course. The PA is pleased to support this activity with a subsidy towards the cost of the course. Over the school year,, a total of 54 places will be available at a cost of £230 per student. The place will be allocated on a first come first served basis in the following order of priority:
All other senior years
The PA funding of £70 per student has been allocated on the basis of 54 spaces. In the event that fewer spaces are taken up than we have provided for, the PA will look at increasing the rebate.
To qualify for the PA rebate;
You must book and pay for the course in advance (via the College)
Your daughter must attend the course for at least 8 of the 10 sessions
Register your details with the PA and give consent for data processing
Provide consent to the PA to exchange information with the College and supplier regarding course attendance.
NOTE: These details are subject to change as we are still in discussions with the College and supplier.
In order to concentrate on her new business, Gemma Potterfield has resigned as the Committee Chair and Kevin Reid will act as Chair until the AGM. Kevin was voted in as Chair by a unanimous vote. A date will be set for the AGM shortly.
Change of Committee Secretary
Saniye Kucukkinaci has resigned as Committee Secretary. Pav Hundal was nominated and voted in as Secretary by a unanimous vote.
